An integral hierarchical security model enables Operators to manage the portfolio of customers, resellers and associated users, specifying access levels and the Intelligent Network (IN) service features available.
To ensure customer data separation, RT-SelfCare™ includes a number management database integrated with the hierarchical security model, ensuring users can only manage subscriptions to which they have been assigned access.
RT-SelfCare™ is specifically designed for use with the Operator’s Marconi IN platform using the SXI API via our integrated IN Manager. |
