Queuing is voted by passengers as their number one annoyance at airports. Passengers will actively seek to fly from airports where there are fewer queues.

RT-Queue ™ tracks the Bluetooth signals from the passengers' mobile phones via a mesh of sensors throughout the terminal to provide a dynamic and accurate map of passenger movements.
